Title: Royalla South Wildlife Wildlife (Flora and Fauna) Corridors
Funding: NHT NRM Program
Year: 2002/03
Description: This project will remove weeds create wildlife corridors enhance local indigenous seed sources and provide community education about management of native ecosystems including responsible grazing techniques.

Title: Royalla Landcare - Central Project
Funding: NHT NRM Program
Year: 2003/04
Description: This project will address the diminishing biodiversity that has resulted from isolation of remnants of vegetation. By linking remnant vegetation corridors will be created for flora and fauna enhancing the biodiversity within the project area. The project will reverse the degradation of the remnant grassy Box/Gum woodland. It will protect and restore the habitat of threatened species including the Small Purple Pea, Silky Swainson Pea, Hooded Robin and Diamond Firetail. This project will help re-educate landholders and land users by providing access to advice about regenerating weed control and managing land sustainability providing guest speakers and field days and promoting conservation issues.
