Title: Lower Butlers Creek Saline Water Management
Program: National Landcare Program
Description: Saline stormwater from Junee urban and industrial environs is waterlogging farmland between the town and Houlaghans Creek causing accession to groundwater and leading to higher water tables and salt loads entering Houlaghans Creek. On ground works comprising grassed waterways, sowing of perennial pasture species and the planting of native trees will better utilise the storm flows, remove the waterlogging problem reduce salt loads in the creek and provide increase habitat for fauna.

Title: Rocky Hill Regeneration Project
Program: Save The Bush
Description: Survey area to identify existing flora & fauna. In stages, eradicate weeds and replace with local native species likely to have existed there before. Project aims to protect and enhance remnant vegetation for ecological and educational purposes, increase water using capabilities by enhancing existing and adding more perennial species, encourage use of Rocky Hill by community members by construction of walking tracks.

Title: Restoring Remnant Vegetation on Rocky Hill
Program: NRM
Description: This project will protect and enhance the Grassy White Box Yellow Box Blakely's Red Gum Woodland remnant vegetation of Rocky Hill enhance the existing landcare plantings and provide better habitat for wildlife. The works will also improve the appearance of the site for recreational users. The project will involve fencing and planting out a recently burnt of the 16ac hill site with local tree and understorey species.
